My Story

In 2009 I opened my own shop. Shakes 2GO. Milkshakes and smoothies in Cheltenham.

I'd spent years inside B&Q, Next, ASDA, Sainsbury's, the Co-op and Wickes. I knew exactly how the big chains used customer data and loyalty to keep people coming back. I'd seen it working from the inside.

So I wanted the same tools for my own shop.

The quote came back at over £10,000.

For a small independent that wasn't just expensive. It was a flat no. So I did what most independents do. Paper stamp cards. Hope. Nothing else.

That quote stayed with me for years. Because nothing changed. The big chains kept getting smarter and independents kept getting left behind.

So eventually I built the alternative.

Our Mission

Tesco didn't build a loyalty programme because it was a nice idea. They built it because it works. It keeps customers coming back. It tells them exactly who their best customers are. It lets them market directly to people who've already bought from them.

Independent retailers deserve exactly the same weapons. Without the million pound price tag.
